He's actually done quite well in his short managerial stints at clubs. Would have him over a certain other inexperienced manager.

Really? 3 sides in the Conference South with 6th place as his best season and you'd do that?

Tiny teams with little resources. I think that's pretty good for a rookie manager.

Ross has 26% I think, hasn't he?

I had a better win % than that with the Prince of Wales pub team, but that don't make me better than Ross or Sammy.

As for little resources, Sammy pulled half a pro side around him at Leatherhead before taking most of them to Concord. Can't do that at a higher level.
