Yes, I false started in the 100 then drank too much beer doing the javelin competition. I will concentrate (sort of) on leading the BOC on the day.

You may have a few late call-offs when some of the Tory fan boys on here realise that running the 200 metres means basically turning left as quickly as you can. Let us see.
