But they could explain what they intend to do in the likely event it is cancelled.

I felt while they were asking me to renew my season ticket they could have offered the discount straight away.

They can't offer a refund until it's confirmed the season is over, and it won't be confirmed until a vote by EFL clubs in favour of the necessary changes to the rules for all 3 divisions. And that can't happen until League One and the Championship make their minds up on what to do.

Arsenal are giving refunds and their season isn't over. Even if the League 2 season isn't over, there is zero chance of any spectators at any of the games.
