If you had stayed fit throughout your career, do you think that you would have been good enough to play regularly at Premier League level?

What Premier league clubs were scouting you when you were at the O's and where you disappointed when the offers were turned down. Do you regret Joining Notts Forest as your career seemed to stall for several years after that move?.

Are the rumours you were asked to guest appear in League of Gentlemen true or not?

When you were playing against us for Forest at their place you set up at least 1 of their goals but you seemed reluctant to celebrate. Any particular reasons why? How pleased were you with the reaction from the Orient supporters at the end of the game when we finally had the chance to say goodbye and thank you?

Was your 25 yard screamer against Hull City (in the second leg Semi play-off) the best goal of your career?

You signed for Orient right at the start of the season (1998/99?) - had you been holding out for a club from a higher division?

How did you feel before taking the decisive penalty against Rotherham in the playoff semi final shootout and what was going through your head?

Which playoff final loss was harder to take?

So funny you should mention you're interviewing Matt on Monday.

I turned 30 years old today and as a surprise present during lock-down, my better half arranged a surprise birthday video call with Locky himself! Had a lovely chat with the fella. Always been my favourite Os player for his 9 years of unstoppable penalties, baggy shirts and iconic hair.

Have you ever thought that if you should have scored your first goal ten minutes earlier you would have had 6 against Gillingham??

Did you think the fat bloke from Rotherham was going to slap you or eat you after you scored the final penalty in the play off semi?

Which goal gave you the biggest thrill, the one against Hull, or the 3rd against Gillingham?

If he can't I can. If your taste runs to the more traditional type of pubs then I'd recommend you start with The Phoenix. HTH.

Not a question but if you could say thanks from me for being a legend at both my clubs - Orient and Dundee - that'd be great.

Can you ask him if he rates his spell at Thorpe Invaders higher than his career with Orient?

Back around 2001/2 i collected Matty at Cork airport and drove him to Macroom to meet up with fellow O's Dean Smith
Chris Tate and others. They were heading to Killarney for golf.
Great chat for a good hour and from recollection he said being from Southend he did support them
But as a pro footballer he gave full commitment to whatever club were paying his wages [ as you would expect ]
They all spent an evening with us in our local boozer before they flew home. A tough one for Matty -- being teetotal !

Can you ask him when he will be back to us again !
