This Jendick is some piece of work, but I have surprised myself in being shocked at anything this Tory government does.

Re: Tory Watch
Governments usually enjoy a polling boost during national crises. Once the dust settles I think those ratings will shift quite dramatically as there are serious questions to be asked of the government's handling of the crisis and there will also be some very difficult decisions to be made in order to rebuild the economy on the other side. Tory philosophies on the small state and low tax will be tested to the extreme.

Yes, you've got it 100%. When the people sit down and realise what's really happened you will see a huge change in people's attitude.Eat The Rich wrote: ↑Sun Apr 12, 2020 9:55 am Governments usually enjoy a polling boost during national crises. People will be thrown under the bus but that will be a distraction for total incompetence and malpractice. Sending Doctors, Nurses and Patients to their deaths with lack of adequate PPE. So many bad decisions. Disgraceful. Unlawful.

A complete timeline of Tory incompetence and failure, within this well-researched clip:
https://t.co/L9xK2ldqC8?amp=1
This video clearly demonstrates that Boris Johnson, Dominic Cummings and Johnsons' Conservative Government do indeed have blood on their hands.
They clearly ARE responsible for a percentage of Covid-19 deaths; no matter how they, or their sychphant supporters, want to spin it.
Please share the video if you can; so that people aren't brainwashed by the lying mainstream media.

Absolute fuckers. All they’re concerned about is avoiding blame for deaths, not the deaths themselves. C*nts to the core.

As yet another NHS Worker fights for their life because of not having PPE, some people seem happier to celebrate Johnson's departure from hospital.

Re: Tory Watch
The update today was utterly embarrassing. Matt Hancock has the empathy of Hannibal Lectur.
This is turning into a monumental and costly cock up. Having been too slow to comprehend the risk at the outset, the Tories are now expecting the electorate to applaud them for leaving our care workers high and dry, literally choosing between their own health and their wish to help others.
Compared with Germany we are a complete shambles

Re: Tory Watch
Also there’s two other articles next to each other. One is about how the government have given third party companies access to personal information and medical records of people. The next is an app they want people to use so that they can track where you’ve been and if you have symptoms. They assure the public that the data will be use to the highest ethical standards. Sure.

Re: Tory Watch
Earlier this week Matt Hancock suggested that some areas were struggling for PPE as NHS staff had overused it.
Now Hancock remains insistent that there are record amounts of protective equipment available to front-line workers!
Really Mr. Hancock ?
Can you explain then why in my Wife's Hospital, limited supplies (they've been limited for around 2 weeks) are still under lock and key; with much less than usual replacement PPE being delivered?
https://nursingnotes.co.uk/news/health- ... -work-ppe/
Yet Tories will STILL defend this utterly clueless, lying turd; along with that sickening, heartless B!tch Priti Patel.
Despicable people.......and no doubt some of these hypocrites will be on the doorsteps clapping again at 8pm on Thursday Night.

Re: Tory Watch
A superb article, outlining what the Tories really think of the NHS:
https://www.indy100.com/article/mps-vot ... edium=Feed
Lest we EVER FORGET that the now familiar faces of Boris Johnson, Matt Hancock and Priti Patel were amongst those who voted against the amendment to increase nurses pay.
No doubt they and their supporters will be standing on their doorsteps clapping on Thursday night (just in case the Press are about?); once again demonstrating their sheer hypocrisy.

Re: Tory Watch
Since the Tories came to power in 2010, the average salary for a nurse has fallen by 8% based on the consumer prices index (CPI) – or by £2,646 in real terms, according to the Royal College of Nurses (RCN).
Shameful and every Tory supporter should hang his/her head in shame.

Re: Tory Watch
Disgracefully hypocritical for that mug Johnson to praise the two nurses in St Thomas’ given he and his government’s treatment of them.
Migrant nurses – as both McGee, 35, and Pitarma, 29, are – may face other difficulties too. During last year’s election campaign, Johnson announced plans to increase the yearly surcharge for all non-EU migrant workers by more than 50% from £400 to £625 and to extend it to all EU citizens who migrate to the UK after Brexit.
The fee is payable for each member of a family migrating, meaning nurses who come to Britain with a spouse and two children would have to pay the government £2,500 a year for the privilege of working in the NHS.
Announcing the change in November last year, the health secretary, Matt Hancock, tweeted: “It’s the National Health Service not the International Health Service. Everyone should make a fair contribution towards our NHS.”
Matt Handick - what a nasty piece of work.

I bet the tories are wishing they had lost the election
Mass unemployment recession coming debt rising
Let alone the stick they are taking for mishandling the current crisis.
They might even have to do something they never have before.
Doing some good.
Then there is brexit still to deal with.
