There are people in high rise council flats in the centre of cities implicitly following instructions and the vast majority of this country are doing as told. Wee Jimmy Krankie was most annoyed at the Update meeting in front of the TV cameras yesterday afternoon. You could see

The guidance is to only carry out essential journeys.

It's not just to avoid spreading the virus. If you're not out driving your car, you've less chance of being in an accident and needing the NHS, for example.
