Post by tuffers#1 »

🔸️ What Can YOU do to Improve Leyton Orients Results ?

🔹️ What Can You do To Improve Ross & Co, to improve on the Pitch ?

🔸️What can you do to Improve The Other Team's Chances of Losing

🔹️ What Can You achieve in the next to 72 Hours to Make Orient Win ?

🔸️ Are You Ready to Call For Nigel & Kent to resign if they dont give you what you want ?

It’s not about what I can do to make the team better. This falls directly with the manager and coaching staff. The stability of the club elsewhere in Nigel and Kent is fantastic . They deserve more than we are showing at the moment. The players bought in over the last year have been good . It’s the tactics the manager is asking of them is stale in football terms.

We are not paid to do any of those things, we pay to watch others achieve at least some of what you have set out.

You obviously didnt bother to respond to Pairt 1 of
As an Orient fan , so i.can only suggest that you ignored
the questions therein , so here they are again .

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6503

■ Do you feel entitled to 3 points from every game ?

■ Do you Believe every season must be a progressive one ?

■ Do you view Orient's Sucess or Failure as a reflection of your own Existence ?

■ Has it always been like this , Or is it a Phenomenon that is Recent ?

■ Has an Orient Non Winning Game , had a Direct adverse Effect on Your Life ?

In part 2 i posed these questions
🔸️ What Can YOU do to Improve Leyton Orients Results ?

🔹️ What Can You do To Improve Ross & Co, to improve on the Pitch ?

🔸️What can you do to Improve The Other Team's Chances of Losing

🔹️ What Can You achieve in the next to 72 Hours to Make Orient Win ?

You blame tactics , which isn't part of the remit .
If it was you would understand Liverpool.as an example
have played the same tactics for the last 3 seasons .
Yet In the first 2 of those seasons 6 league games were lost .
In 2021 alone Liverpool have lost 6 league games .

This has nothing to do with tactics .
Klopp hasnt changed nor have his tactics , the players havent changed ( as such )

Or you could take Man City as an Example , Tactics have stayed the same
As have the majority of the players & City are performing more this year like
They did the year before & completely differently to last year .

My 1 & 2 part wuestion is asking specifically about being an Orient fan &
What you can or want to do !!

Stupid question. Short of buying the club we can only sit back and moan, which is what all fans do

We can Be Positive
We can write letters to the players & management care of the club
Asking them to try harder , or to let them know we are desperate for them to win
Let them know we arent physically there but we are cheering them on
You know as we cant go a scream encouragement.
Any vibe around the.club in the
Last few weeks has been full of negativity , where are the messages of support
or us letting them know.we are thinking & wishing for them to do well ?

All i see of late Is podcasters or Radio people Mocking the club .

Guess what , its not started us playing better or winning games again ,
So maybe the angry frustrated tact hasn't worked .

Maybe it is time to Encourage ?

OrientOutlook Glison & 1200 twitter followers & west side istory if he is still going .

Even Mungo has them go8ng at it on his board .

SUFTO is so toxic its a Joke .

What do you think the atmosphere would have been like with fans in attendance? I think much like on here. And writing words of encouragement won't change the style of football we play.

I think the atmosphere would have been like any other home game
Full of excited Orient fans doing what they do best , turning up to
Watch the team they love & encouraging them .

But we cant do that now can we , so all we do is Moan & be Negative .

Its essy to be positive when we win

Real Fans find a way to lift there fans when they are losing &
They encourage a team struggling , or has it been so long since
youve Been to a game youve forgotten ?

People have a (damn good) right to feel down about the way things are, and telling people to 'be positive' isn't helpful or showing empathy.

It really just shows you don't relate to how I suspect the majority of fans feel.

As for writing a letter to the players to tell them to try harder - what, am I 7 years old again?

Tweet them or connect on instagram
Its not just about trying harder
Its telling them we are with them.
If you had the same good luck tweet
From 3-4 thousand people , would you feel encouraged ?

Nothing
Nothing
Make a toxic environment at home games to make it as uncomfortable for the opposition as possible, until.then nothing
Nothing
They're not the ones who should be resigning

As for your encouragement theory tuffers I've heard that discussed by various pundits and it comes down to this. If fans see a player fly into a couple of heavy challenges to win the ball, a winger do a mazy dribble, a CM making a lung busting run they raise their support but when the team is just going through the motions, showing no drive or creativity they're doing nothing to spark that emotion.

Ultimately that's what sums up Embleton in general, just a bland nothingness. His personality just doesn't suit being a leader and it's reflected in the brand of football we're playing and apathy that's appearing amongst the viewers at home.

Let's take Peter Kitchen's column as an example. He's an ex-pro, Orient through and through. He wrote a midweek column in optimistic hope of Orient reigniting their playoff push. Pretty supportive I'd say. Watched that dross yesterday and his reaction reflects how many of us also feel, I think that's fair and balanced.

To be fair Kitch, He should know that DJ was lacking match practice & sharpness
This May not have been there due to the lack of training on a pitch since whenever
As well as a lay off due.to injury .

A fully fit DJ scores twice yesterday.

It must be boring now playing in an Empty Ground .

Lets talk them up this week on Twitter Instagram etc

I did not answer part 1 because as a fan I felt the questions raised were silly . Or course as a fan you ideally want your team to win every game but in reality you know that with supporting Orient (which I add have done so for over 55 years ) that will never happen. As a fan you like to think the team will progress on a year to year basis within the restraints the club has. The silly question as to what I can do to improve the other teams chance of losing is NOTHING. My comments on tactics is my opinion on how I see the team playing . You cannot compère the likes of Liverpool and Man City with Orient. I get down when Orient lose but because it is not a rarity I get on with my life.

Tuffers I would just like to add that every fan has a right to point out in their opinion when they are not happy with the team and when they think all is not right . When things are good as a fan I will be the first to heap praise. I know supporting Orient there will always be ups and downs.
