Re: Experience
Scope to make changes yes, but if you go into a job and p*ss people off then you'll be out the door. Took long enough, but glad someone finally got it If you start a new job by pissing people off, which happens, then the right approach is for his boss, Ling in this case, to take him to one side and...

Never one of my favourite players, could never see much in him as a player. Wish him well though.

Politicians lie. Full stop. Pressure groups lie. Full stop. Businesses lie. Full stop. Even employees lie.
Always been the case. What’s changed is we are now all more aware of it.

Re: The question that wont be asked.
Personally I have friends who are masons and have been encouraged to join several times, but I did not want to be part of a secret society based on 'mutual assitance' and pseudo religious rituals. Mikero Snap! Although more acquaintances not friends, I've been sounded out a couple of times over the...

The numbers of people whilst residing in other EU countries risk their lives to get here. Better ask them. I'm asking you. Any 'uniqueness' that you, or chief crazy horse, would like to share? I assume like most Brits, you've never actually lived/worked abroad at any time during your lives; so how ...

Re: Oldham Althletic
This type of event is becoming more commonplace, surely it is now time for football to look very seriously at how it allows teams to run. I love this game but with corrupt and inept owners , now ably assisted by the farce that is VAR the game is in trouble. Not too sure what the answer is. Clubs, l...

Re: Exemplarly British spirit.
What exactly is 'unique' about the UK then; compared to many other Countries within the EU? The numbers of people whilst residing in other EU countries risk their lives to get here. Better ask them. I've done that with a Nigerian friend who was in Madrid for 20 years. He says it was for the kids to...

The new line is "we can not be blamed for anything as it was all the fault of another regime". As they were in the same party, at the same time did they not notice what was going on? Mikero It happens in all parties, and other places too. No big surprise. You're taking a very relaxed atti...

Who is denying the contributions of the above nations in the last war? And who is saying how unique we are as a nation. You are. Mind you our 'uniqueness' as an island helped us greatly in that war.... Great Britain is a very popular country for many many people wanting to come here and live. Maybe...

Having spent many years in the Construction Industry and later lecturing in Construction subjects I met many people who thought that joining the local lodge was the best way to get on with a career, this was especially true of local authority workers including Building Control officers. Tendering f...
