Re: Coley Parry, LO director, & Vitesse
Fairly certain the aggressive investment raising round going on right now is partly to help buy him out. You'd hope so, anyway. No way should the new money coming in go to him. Don't buy him out, just dilute his holding until he's insignificant. How do you dilute someone’s holding if not with buyin...

Can’t see what’s wrong with mid table L1, it’s the top end of our level.

Re: Charlie Kelman
QPR might have give him a contract extension so they can get a fee for him end of season. Gives CK some security as well.
So might not be a loan, assuming all parties want to do something.

When questioned by DV on that RW said he wouldn’t have done it in a game that counted, or words to that effect.

Re: Ollie O’Neill
Don’t get too excited about Ruel. 11 goals and 5 assists this season, seems a more than reasonable return. Not sure why he has so many detractors. Ok, he ain’t the perfect article, missed some sitters but least he was in the right place! I will be very happy to see Ruel here next season. Seems a bi...

Ollie O’Neill
What a cracking signing! 5 goals and three assists. Well spotted by the club (Lingy?) He’s hit the ground running. Does seem a contrast between O’Neill, ex academy, to the two from Arsenal/Bournemouth.Maybe the loan to Derry City gave him valuable experience. I’m excited by the development of our yo...

Re: Richie Wellens Interview post Exeter
Yes, unfortunately our budget means we can have a few quality players with the rest padded out with ex youth players, loans and journeymen. Tbf some of the loans have been far from padding out, with El Miz, Forde & Brynn all doing well.

On our budget compromises have to be made.
TJ could well be one of those compromises.

Re: Exiles thread - Exeter (H)
Hunt wasn’t at his best last night but I would be keeping him. TJ can be hot and cold but I would keep him too. I am not sure I would go along with the belief that players under contract will automatically be here next season. I agree with that, thinking of Pigott and, to a lesser extent, Moncs. Bu...

Re: Exiles thread - Exeter (H)
RW talked about players with their contracts up end of season that we are 50/50 on. I believe Sweeney & Moncs are under contract for next season. Contracts up who played last night are Hunt, James, Obiero, Simpson & Soririou. So assume RW was referring to Obiero, Hunt & James. I think Ob...

Re: Charlie Kelman
I was surprised to see Kelman signed a contract extension with QPR in January, must mean QPR rate him, or he’s out of contract end of season and they want to get a fee for him.
Wonder if RW is still interested?

Re: Khayon Edwards
On the whole the clubs recruitment policy has been excellent. Nothing is guaranteed in this business, but we have done very well signing the likes of Galbraith, Brown, Cooper, O’Neill and quality loan signings like El Miz, Forde etc. It’s a shame we’ve been hit by injuries to recent signings Agyei &...

Re: Exiles thread
bbc site has Ruel down as 11 goals and 5 assists so far this season. That’s a very good return for his first ever season at this level. I hope we can re sign him, I think there’s further improvement to come from him.

Obiero is out of contract end of season, so RW seeing if he’s worth another contract.

Re: Exiles thread
Disappointing line up, after all that controversy signing Simpson he doesn't even start. What are we going to learn from a sub appearance and a few dead rubber games when both sides are on the beach? I think they can learn a lot, Simpson been training with the team for the last two months. He’s not...

Re: Coley Parry, LO director, & Vitesse
It’s a damn good job he’s at 18% +, although that is at a level to be concerned about. Tbf, maybe everything is tickety-boo, but we have absolutely no idea. Is Parry able to fund his ongoing commitments to Leyton Orient ? Are Leyton Orient /Nigel happy with the situation at Vitesse? Has suitable DD ...

Re: Coley Parry, LO director, & Vitesse
Talk of asset stripping misses the mark by a long way. The Dutch footballing authorities are not convinced this guy has the money. Parry is an 18.5% shareholder of Eagle Investments, which, in turn, owns 90% of Leyton Orient. The accounts of Leyton Orient are passed as a going concern as the losses ...

Common Sport, presumably Parry, own 3.2m shares. Kent Teague, who I believe is LOFC 1881 on companies house, owns 1.5m There’s 17.3m shares Nigel owns c 46% at last accounting date Parry 18.5% Teague 8.7%. It’s all there on Companies House under Eagle Investments 2017 Ltd Note that Leyton Orient FC ...

Re: Coley Parry, LO director, & Vitesse
Re ‘his investment groups business elsewhere is none of our concern’ I beg to differ, it certainly is our concern . Should we have been concerned, or interested, or aware of Bechetti and his family’s business dealings? No different with Parry, absolutely we should be concerned. Otherwise might as we...
