Was at Walthamstow park run this morning and the marshal took time out at the start to mention Justin and ask everyone to join in for a 30 second round of applause I stood there proud in my black orient training top and was quite emotional as wasn't expecting that, a nice touch from the race marshal...

Apparently the local council will be flying thier flags at half mast on the day of Justin's funeral
