Re: Last 10 games

RW and the board will want to better last year, so min target 13 points. I think we can get c.17. So could get around 70. Impt to progress for Investors and fans

Re: Bolton on 60, 7 points off playoffs.

We know we can play some much better than the last 5. Just need some good fortune...and re-find our elusive form

Bolton on 60, 7 points off playoffs.

It's the faint hope that gets you...would love to see a couple of wins to give us a small chance. Anyway the last 10 matches are pressure free and a chance to experiment and play without fear!

Re: Play Offs are Gone

Agree that we could end up in the high 60's or low 70's points wise. I don't think we are ready (yet) for promotion - squad depth is still shallow and we are nearly maxed out on attendance revenue. Optimistically, I am hoping that the new investor(s) see that we are a good L1 side but needed extra r...

Sadly, I'm going for a Man City style heroic defeat. 2 1 after leading...then a draw vs CA.

Re: Takeover

My uninformed guess would be a deal with the Hockey Association to build a new stadium at Eton Manor. There already a small stadium there plus tennis courts and lots of parking. Add in pedestrian underpass below the railway into Asda Car Park and you have a 5 to 7 min walk from Tube to Stadium.

Re: Ovie Ejaria

Just watched a video of Ovie Ejaria when in form at Reading. I know they are the best bits but he looked quite a player. Out of the game for awhile, so a gamble but if successful could be really good.

If those numbers are correct - we could be looking at a source of funds going forward. Hadn't even heard his name before today. Hope all the proceeds go on strengthening our squad in the upcoming window

Derby at home

Should be a full house or close
Derby are a middling Championship side
If we raise our game we could get through on the day (tough but not impossible)

So unconvinced by the O's these days. This will be a tough game, and we will scrape through 3 2, after going behind. Crowd 5450.

Re: Where did it all go wrong?

When you can't simply compete for good league 1 players or Championship players willing to drop down - there is another route which is to pick up strong / and reasonably experienced player from L2 and the NL. These guys have a point to prove and will have greater resale value if it works out. This i...

1 defeat in 6 league and cup matches. Better, but a long way to go to get to L1 safety.

Either way those stats are damming. The problem has been brewing for awhile. Must have been the momentum of the L2 title that carried us along...but now gone.

Re: How do we fix this?

RW needs to find system that work with L2 level players. Also needs to realise that most of our loans probably wish they hadn't come to LO. We also need a new process for recruitment. NT needs to find new investment before the window. We also need a cup run, for the cash so RW should play our strong...
