Re: Ratings
So called 'Long SlenderNeck's comment 'Racismson, looked alright 6'. I'm afraid I must say something!! Do you know what, Simpson made a huge error in making a comment to a member of his team at Cardiff after drinking a shed load of alcohol and very having little sleep. This state of his alcohol infl...

Re: Lindsey Martin
Oooh. I've just noticed Brentwoodo on here. Are you the same one over on Mungo's who's a huge fan of mine / PJ's? Apologies if you're not..... https://lofcforum.boards.net/thread/8302/site?page=2 Just for the record, the 'Brentwoodo' on the other board is a different person completely, unfortunatel...

Re: Lindsey Martin
I'll never forget it and in fact I've still got the e'mail that I sent to Lindsey late on a Friday night and shortly after the takeover in 2017. I was keen to show moral support for Nigel, Kent and the club by buying a season ticket as soon as they came available. I sent an e'mail to Lindsay's pers...

Re: Reading away tickets
Actually hope the game does get called off now so I can get my full price tickets refunded An interesting point of view in bearing in mind the winning momentum the team are currently on. However, as our supporters are making a great effort to support the team on Saturday, it's pleasing to see that ...

Re: Reading away tickets
FYI, Once again, Tickets for the Reading away fixture are showing as sold out on the website, that's over 1700 tickets sold already I believe. I have contacted the club as I need to buy one myself, I've been told another allocation is being obtained and these should be available to purchase tomorrow...

Today's Ref
Anyone notice who today's referee was? Yup, it was the little Hitler who sent off James Dayton at Sutton Utd a few years ago for throwing his boot with his leg hanging off after he was the victim of a disgraceful late challenge that went unpunished. I don't think I've ever been so angry at any footb...

Re: Through thick and thin
What happened to that? It genuinely looked like a fire drill. For the first time in a while I was a little ashamed of our fans. Not a song out of anyone in the second half. We all know what happened - but I think we we fans were less resolute than the players yesterday. One thing that cemented my l...

Re: Sutton ticket wanted
For your information, last season there were only around 600 away tickets made available so I actually got a ticket in the home section without any problem. There were quite a lot of O's fans also in the home section, we did try and quiet (well most did anyway) and there was no sign of any trouble m...

Re: How can ticketing be improved next season?
I quite understand the reasons for the club selling cheap Kids Season tickets although it does seem blatantly obvious that a substantial number of these kids are not turning up for matches, thus the so called sell out matches have numerous empty seats. I'm not sure whether this idea has ever been s...

Re: How can club improve atmosphere?
It's funny how people see this so differently. I will stress that I have no intention of criticising Marshall Taylor as I understand he did a hell of the 'heavy lifting' in our time of need when the club was being saved . I was in the South Stand and I thought the atmosphere and noise of encourageme...

Re: Best Away Day You Ever Had?
After reading the post mentioning the infamous near promotion game at Solihull Moors in 2019, this reminded me of my visit that day. It was far from the best game of football you'd ever seen but it was a mega important game with our club only allocated around 800 tickets. There were queues at our gr...

Re: Wimbledon Away Tickets
My understanding is that these are all sold out. Anyone happen to have/know of a couple of spare tickets going that they need to sell? There is a previous thread on the subject as detailed below which might help, unfortunately it also contains the usual load of balderdash from the usual suspects. h...

Re: Tickets v AFC Wimbledon
How did they know to phone you if they didn't retain your details? This just gets more and more bizarre. Okay, just to clarify, I e'mailed the club around a month ago asking if I could buy any available returns for the Wimbledon match mentioning I am a season card holder. The club immediately repli...

Re: Tickets v AFC Wimbledon
I was unable to make the original Wimbledon match day and thus I never bought a ticket. I can make the rearranged date so I immediately, (at the end of September), e'mailed the ticket office and asked if I could buy a return as I thought there were likely to be quite a few. I did get an early respo...

Re: Questions for CEO Mark Devlin
Some questions on the club's excellent streaming service. How much net income does the club anticipate getting over the season on streaming? What proportion of the fee paid does the club get when away games are streamed by our supporters? Also, how does the annual season ticket fee work in relation...

Re: Walsall v northampton
No Sam Hoskins again for Northampton tonight for the second game running. I see he has scored around half of their goals and therefore probably a big part of their team.
Anyone know how long he is out for (presumed injured) as we play them Saturday week?

Re: Ref today
On the whole, the referee generally handled the game quite well. However, there was one aspect of his performance which was the exception to this!! Many might had noticed at the end of the game that Richie and many of the O's players were clearly showing much exasperation towards the referee at some...

Re: Highlights v Stevenage
'Swings and Roundabouts' I'd say. Sotiriou was offside when the ball was initially released by Pratley which to my knowledge is what counts. However, something that doesn't seem to have been picked up and was not made much of, Connor Wood received a push in the back from Prosser just before he scor...
