The best place for a fry up in the area is The Sizzling Sausage on Hainault Road. Figo is overpriced. Anatolia is pretty good. I don't know if they still do the Sri Lankan food in The Coach, but that's lovely. I see plenty of posts on the Footy Scran Twitter feed that blow the offerings at the club ...

I'm happy with a Jalfrezi. There was an Indian restaurant in Stratford at the bottom of Romford Road called Spice inn that used to do a dish called Lamb Badshahi. I was one of the nicest things I've ever eaten. The restaurant is gone unfortunately.

Watched "Bull" the other night. Great plot, fantastic acting and surprise ending. I do like a revenge movie. I watched that last night and very much enjoyed it. I shall look out for more like this. Had a touch of the Dead Man's Shoes about it. I hardly ever watch films, but for some unkno...

Re: Albums you never get bored with
Having just listened to Dirk Wears White Sox, again, it got me thinking of albums that I always go back to. Not necessarily masterpieces (apart from Entertainment! & The Downward Spiral), but ones that have been a constant and always enjoyable even though I wouldn't normally put them in a list ...

I remember QPR being an bumhole to get to, but not sure why. I also remember the seats being ridiculously cramped. I also recall one of our old fans beating up one of their ball boys. I hope he's not out for revenge. Haven't been to Loftus Road in years, but I remember the small seats. I'm bigger n...

You can always park on the roads off Francis Road and cut through the alley way and Sidmouth Park. If you have time, go for a pint in The Northcote or The Coach.

Re: British Pie Awards
We were served a tray of Scotch pies (lamb mince) in a pub in Montrose before a game once. They were so greasy, you had to bite a hole in the pastry, where the side met the base, and just let the hot fat run out onto the table so as to avoid it splashing all down your front. Couldn't really complai...
