Re: No gate income for a month....
If the season can't be completed and you can afford to, maybe don't ask for refund on your season ticket.

Re: Arsenal game called off
They played Olympiakos on the 27th Feb so the 14 days period will be up by Friday, for any chance of getting the virus and so as long as none of the players have any symptoms they can resume training on Friday

Re: Dullest season ever
The football has been awful to watch, all about doffing our cap to the opposition and showing them utmost respect to try and not let in a goal. Embleton shows no ambition to go out and try to dominate a game, especially at home so we end up with 90 minutes and 1 shot on target. ST sales will be int...

Remarkably he was given a 1 year extension back in Sept 2019, taking him all the way out to June 2021. https://www.leytonorient.com/2019/09/09/gallery-sam-lings-contract-extension/ Jesus wept. You couldn’t make this saga up. You don’t have to, leave it to ML! I can't see what is remarkable, from th...

Embleton can be reasonably confident, we are staying up, so plans for next season can start early.

My fear is if Sotiriou has to play wide to accomodate Johnson, he won't score many goals.

The Tories made it a brexit election, so they will be judged on how well that has gone by 2024.

1st goal from Wilkinson in 11 games, maybe the only way he was going to score. Lets hope he can get a few more soon.

This Government knows, that no other Country will take her considering, she had lived in the UK since she was born, it is all, about, looking, to be tough.

Judd now either 'injured' or dropped from the squad should be at right back.Disoriented wrote: ↑Sat Feb 08, 2020 9:11 pm Marsh being played out of position does not help. Where is the right back we should have recruited in the window?

Bangladesh, Foreign Minister has said she is nothing to do with his Country, and who blame them, for not wanting be dumped on. The UK Government knows it has two options, break the law and make her stateless, or the other option which is, more likely to happen, she comes back.

Re: Shadrach Ogie makes TheVanarama NL team of the week !
I did feel sorry for Ogie last season when he made debut last season, when he came on for the 2nd half of a F.A trophy he played at left back and had run up down in front of a empty east stand!

He's an outstanding young defender. England youth international. He's similar in style to Alderweireld, loves a cross field ping and his accuracy is excellent. Not sure idea why we need him unless we're losing Happe who plays in the same position, left sided centre half. Coulson and Turley both inj...

Correct only 4 goals conceded in these 3 recent away defeats, means you, should at least expect a point or 3 from those games combined.Howling Mad Murdock wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2020 8:26 am Trouble is we aren't scoring enough which obviously doesn't help.

We had two on the bench on Saturday, we don’t need one of them, nor do we need a right back either. Centre midfield to complement Cisse and a forward of a direct style to complement the other three strikers. Offensive centre mid please to replace one of Wright or Clay please. If we’re going with th...

Surprised that Judd is dropped and even more surprising JMD is as well, oh well I suppose it makes sense that the best crosser of the ball, JMD is dropped, when Harrold who can get on to crosses is back in the team.

Re: Port Vale (A) Exiles Thread
Does anyone know what is wrong with Widdowson? Thought his injury was fairly minor originally but obviously not. Surely makes sense to get a new left back in on loan rather than playing people there who aren't left backs. Widdowson has now had 4 spells this season, out of the team, without being dr...

Yeah he's talking nonsense. Clay coming on for Kyprianou improved our performance. It was a mistake against the run of play from Brophy. Clay done ok, no question, never seen him have so much of the ball. If he’d been playing like that he wouldn’t have been dropped. But taking Hector off was the wr...

Re: Negative Formation
As soon as Harrold came on I noticed that JMD was moved into the middle, after getting in some great crosses out on the left, it then left only Brophy to cover 2 positions on the left side.
