Not pretty but we battled hard and got the break. Hopefully this will give them a bit more confidence.
Games like this so how much we miss El Miz. Rotherham’s press really caused us problems.

Re: Ratings- Peterborough Home
We do miss the guile and craft of El Miz. Not a lot coming from the centre and not a great deal of composure middle of the park. Guile and craft were hardly El Mizs strong points. He was a work horse first and foremost. Both Galbraith and ONeill have far more guile and craft. I think work horse und...

Re: Ratings- Peterborough Home
Was a few to many sheets to the wind to offer a considered opinion and full ratings. But appart from a 5 min period in the first half I thought we were far superior. Just love the energy to this team. We didn’t give them a moments peace from the first whistle. Should have won but the performance is ...

Re: Radios - Prohibited at LOFC
Do the catering still remove bottle tops as a lot are attached now. I shamefully still have a small collection of caps to use when I go to the ground, despite not going to a home game since December. For the longest time I thought this was so people couldn’t throw bottles tops at the door players a...

F that. We’ve had to take loads of stick from Fatty and his boys every time they pump us. If you can’t take it don’t dish it out. He didn’t call anyone’s mum a slag or say something racist. Just pointed out that we are the champions.

Re: Cannabis
It’s no different to alcohol. Enjoyed in moderation like everything else. I say legalise it, great source of revenue for the government, will help I’m sure with money being lost from Cigarette taxes. Trouble is ( judging by the amount of drug addicts in UK and the rest of the world ) So many get ho...

Re: We need a new left back!
Last season I thought Jayden had some fantastic games and then some where he looked shaky and made some bad decision. I.e. the inconsistency one would expect of a young player (only 22 in Dec). Maybe this has meant Richie has been worried about throwing him in amongst the increased quality of L1. Ho...

Re: Councils turning a blind eye
I mentioned ‘accurately put’ in response to Faldo’s comment generally. If you are saying Faldo was not accurate then please take it up with him. As a person with Jewish family and friends I find these flags offensive but it seems far less concerning to the Council than if say Israeli flags were hoi...

Re: Ratings v Charlton
I think the result might be covering for the fact that overall it was a pretty poor performance. Thankfully Charlton were awful. Possibly the worst performance from an opposition I’ve seen all season. They really were all over the place. The reaction from their fans at the end was a bit OTT. You’d ...

Re: Ratings v Charlton
Felt a bit sorry for El Miz today. Lots of scooped percentage balls over the top of midfield and the team not trusting themselves to build through the middle like last season, but maybe they are correct not to. Anyway he played in be superb pass out to Forde in the first half, first time, behind the...

Re: Drinan out 6-8 weeks
:ugeek: That's a shame. How on earth are we going to replace him? Who's going to score all those goals now? Who's going to take 2 defenders with him, leaving the other players not marked so closely. What a terrible loss this is for our team What a pointlessly negative post. Guy gives 100% every time...

Re: What is the best film trilogy?
I struggling to think of a 3 series film where one (usually the last) doesn’t have a big drop in quality. Three Colours trilogy by Kieslowski but they are all different films on a theme so I’m not sure it counts. Also it’s a bit of a film w*ankers answer.

Re: Rolling Stones Hackney Diamonds
No one should ever stop listening to whatever music gets them moving. That would be sad. Lose curiosity and enjoyment at any age and you may as well be dead. Haven’t listened to this album but last year Dylan put out one of my favourite songs he’s ever written so I think there’s hope for us all at ...

Re: We need to buy better
Just another half a mil from owners who have subsidised us to the tune of millions so far. What tight, incompetent bastards they must be if they don’t come through for COYOs. This season we have bought in: Piggot - Thumbs down from me so far. Cooper - Thumbs up. Galbraith- In Between but obvious pot...

I keep forgetting this.
Doing very nicely with star striker/winger on crunches.
I mean maybe he’ll turn out to be pony. But he looked a menace last year.

Re: OFFICIAL: Lincoln game to be replayed
Because it would be pretty ludicrous to have Lincoln City players, managers and staff travel down, plus our players, management and staff turn up in E10, plus match officials, and any stadium staff needed to host a game, all the players to have their pre-match routine - meal, warm up etc - all just...

Re: ABANDONED GAME
Actually, what I'm fully expecting is the game to be made void and we'll be made to play the whole game again . No big shock about that, it's always been the favourite Only fair way Surely the fairest way is to get the teams together and play out the rest of the time in the match. Can do it behind ...

Re: ABANDONED GAME
The best option is surely game is counted as completed at the score at the time. I think Lincoln should suggest this option. I would not want Orient to benefit from a tragedy and I think any it would be the honourable thing for them to concede the game at the current score. I would think the same if...

Played really well today. Piggotts best game by far. Cooper is an excellent signing. Tough, strong, no-nonsense. Exactly what you want in a CB. Moncur obviously must have read my thread on here from the other day because he stepped up and won us the match. Felt sorry for the Reading players who sta...

Re: ABANDONED GAME
That's not their problem its the clubs. The club should have told them to retain their tickets or issued a voucher on the way out. Are you being f*cking serious? Yes. Is there a reason why I shouldn't be? And calm the fuk down. Everyone got to see most of a match. Think if it’s played again they sh...

Re: Richie on Tuesday night
That’s not so much a rephrase as a case of saying a completely different thing. Maybe the person who is hard of thinking is the person who says things that don’t adequately summarise his point? It’s what I’ve been saying all along. In what way is that “completely different”? Wow this is getting ver...
