Brynn. 7. A couple of routine stops. Commanded his area well. Happe 7.5. Won all his headers and his passing was a great outlet. Cooper.7.5. He has slotted in so well. Most of his work goes unnoticed but is impossibly difficult to get past. A real find. Turns. 7. Good game along with the rest of th...

Its a shame Hunt, and the rest, wernt brought here 3 weeks ago, when they would have a time to blend into the squad in friendly games that didnt matter. We always leave it till the last minute. Still, Id rather have them here late, than not at all. We were desperate for new faces Better waiting to ...

They 💯% dont jump in, that was a big river its not just a swiming pool either. I dont blame them It's weird they call it a lake, it flows like a river, and looks like a river on google maps It is called a lake as it is a dammed part of the Salt River creating a recreational area for rowing, sailing...

Re: What actually is Lings Role / Transfer Committee
Two subjects in one thread. Here goes I dont ever remember hearing anyone at the club spelling out EXACTLY what Lings role is. I presume a DOF is a link between the manager and the chairman. The DOF would do all the players contracts, and talk to players and their agents about contractual stuff etc...

Can't we accept history and understand we should learn from the mistakes made.
Ignoring history is not an enabler to create change for the good of mankind.

Re: Anti Vax / Anti Mask / Conspiracy Loons
I wish the government would take far stronger measures as well, use vaccine passports to enter pubs, theaters, supermarkets etc and make it compulsory to wear masks, if not head shields when in shops. Lastly make people like Piers Corbyn, the anti-vaxxer, conspiracy theorist, go and see recovering ...

I see that bans have been handed out, quite rightly, to a couple of posters pushing anti-vax / conspiracy theory nonsense on here. My support for such action is unequivocal. Anyone else on here heading in the same direction will be banned. Permanently. I wish the government would take far stronger ...

What sickening news. My condolences to his family and friends, may he RIP. From the epitaphs on the tv this morning, Sir David doesn’t sound like your usual Tory - a hardworking MP with his constituents best interest at heart, wherever that constituency happens to be, who are genuinely going to mis...

Can they be any more destructive and deadly than the US has been for the last 75 years. Most of the people on this planet hope not. Yep. Let's not mention Russia at all then. The USSR were nowhere near the USA when it came to regime change, carpet bombing etc. They haven't even been in the game for...

Re: Tory MP Stabbed to Death At Southend
I read somewhere that in ancient Greece, you were just selected by ballot to be a representative for a period of time. It was seen as public service and you couldn't turn it down and you and all the rest of the representatives then ran the country. Sounds like a good system. A country that could be...

.....but people aren't bothered about COVID anymore. More people are going maskless everyday. Anyone still washing hands? Re: Energy prices
One of our problems in a Democratic Society, is the fact we have Elections every 4 or 5 ( often much more frequently ) years. This encourages Governments to only look at short term problems and totally neglect long term strategy. Let's get the Ruskies in manage it. Their oligarchs can do a lot bett...

Suppose so. We are looking at possibly relocating to the highlands in the longer-term. How welcoming will the natives be to us soft southern sassenachs? Are we talking mild dislike or full on Braveheart? Please don’t. Don’t take this the wrong way but houses in the countryside (I mean real countrys...

Who are these people and what is wrong with them? All the pictures I've seen on social media at the pumps are middle aged and old white men. Shelves a bit bare in the supermarkets, so I guess they've struck there too. What do they think is going to happen exactly? These people are Orient fans who g...
