Re: Help Please
What has 7 p gone up to 8 p ? Sorry but that makes no sense whatsoever , please explain.... cash out, there was no pain or misery as we were never going down The point of the bet was in the horrific case of us being relegated I would at least pick up £670 , I ain’t bothered about the tenner and cer...

Re: Help Please
We need good fortune not boks. How can you bet against your own side for a few quid? Beyond me! When I put it on we were 66/1. £660 would've numbed the pain (a little). It's not betting against your own lot, I see it as an insurance policy. More than happy to lose that tenner. Insurance policy for ...

Re: F*CK P@ul T*rry interview
Returning to the scene of his only orient goal on Saturday.
What a great day that was.
Credit where it’s due , the evidence on the pitch since he’s returned is there for all to see.
Long may it continue......

Re: Attendance today
A decent team playing attacking, exciting football helps (which the early signs are good that we could be moving towards on a consistent basis under RW)

Orients goals this season
9th highest in the league for goals scored (51) despite failing to score in 15 of their 38 games this season. (Which could well be a club record by the end of the season) Just shows how truely awful our middle section to the season was. Such a shame, if our fortunes upturning/(new manager) had happe...

Also takes the headlines and limelight away from the hard-earnt Oscar wins as well sadly.

Re: Joe Root to carry on as captain?
If I was in charge I would go along the 'brearley' route and pick the best captain even if he isn't technically a good enough batsman to get in the team on his batting merit. Sad fact is there isn't a lot of options. I would offer it to Morgan as he is the best captain available. Build a batting uni...

Should've sorted it out afterwards away from the TV and cameras. But then they say no publicity is bad publicity.

Re: Attendance today
If that's true then a hell of a lot of season ticket holders didn't turn up, lots. There were tons of empty seats in every stand. Which is odd, for a home game in the sun, team in form, retro kit day The whole point of football for a fiver is to entice new fans. I just wonder how successful they ar...

Re: Attendance today
Also, therefore by definition the 'game for a fiver' day was a complete success because they sold every ticket they could. Which leads back to my other point about 800+ empty seats in the away end , which with a bit more foresight and (correct stewarding) could've been open for sale as well.

Re: Attendance today
so many empty seats, a pretty disappointing attendance considering tickets were a fiver. How much is football for a fiver actually advertised in the local area....I'm in a new block in Walthamstow, they could easily leaflet drop places like this. Must be 2,000 new residents in this quarter of St Ja...

Re: Attendance today
Club need to think about replacing the east stand with a terrace stand , this should then increase the capacity to over 10,000 and largely take away the issue of season ticket no shows and not being able to re-sell tickets for ST no shows. It’s not like we’re getting any where near the championship ...

Re: Attendance today
I think 6049. Around 971 short in the away section but where were the missing fans in South & especially North stands. West pretty packed but a lot of no shows elsewhere There were loads of gaps visible in all stands. It’s great to get 6,000 in the ground, but ridiculous there’s the best part o...

Re: Tomorrow's game
Surely wouldn’t take that much to give the barrow fans the bottom half of the usual away end - the old standing part - and give the rest to us? It’s what we did in our last non league game v Braintree isn’t it? Exactly, but according to some is too big a seismic operation to put in place and far to...

non leage rules against EFL rules . talk about weak boarding by both ! Re: Tomorrow's game
I’ve literally seen Barrow and Orient fans being separated by coppers outside the east stand after squaring up to each other. Granted it was about 10 people in total but still. To suggest that mixing fans at any football league fixture doesn’t have its risks is ridiculous. Clearly those who run a f...
