Re: Richie interview
Richie Wellens was very happy after he signed Pigott 10 months ago: "He's a focal point in terms of his size, but he's certainly not a target man. He's great with his back to goal and a really clever footballer. In terms of goals, he had a wonderful spell at Wimbledon which got him a great mov...

Lisa Nandy spending the evening on QT arguing with the leftie journalist and trash talking Corbyn and Abbott.
Meanwhile, there's an actual Tory on the panel she's not engaging with.

Yes but they're all related. So technically 1 family. That's wealthy.

Re: Congratulations to
All I know about Braintree is from our visit there when it seemed pretty tinpot. Didn't they only bring about 20 fans for the reverse fixture, even though it was quite a big local game for them? It was probably about a 100 but a lot of those in fancy dress they had a good time and it literally was ...

Re: Congratulations to
Not a national name but we’re talking generational family wealth.
The Sears number being bandied about on the terraces is staggering (to such an extent, I didn’t believe it). But being so in the know, I look forward to you confirming what it is.

Re: Congratulations to
Going to take a massive effort to keep the management team because they will have the smallest budget in the league next season and will be in demand at bigger clubs. also Braintree can’t afford to put players on meaningful contracts so keeping the squad together will be very difficult. If the mana...

I wouldn't expect too much from that venture - most of the *checks Dunnem file* purple-haired, soup-throwing, motorway-gluing, pronoun-defying, loony left, cranks, tankies, yoghurt-knitting, purple-haired, perma-protest and other rag-tag mis-fit weirdos don't have much spare dosh to throw about, bei...

Re: Marvin Ekpiteta (Blackpool)
Moncur isn’t young and coming off the back of a great goalscoring season, so no. Bonne was let go for an absolute pittance. There was no way we were going to give a 3 year contract to a Col Utd reject. For every Macauley Bonne that does work out, there’s a whole cast of Drinnans, Angols, Alabis and...

No idea what that show is but was a really enjoyable watch.
Hardly mentions Richie tho, and nothing of note was said.

Re: Marvin Ekpiteta (Blackpool)
We got promotion back to L2. Came to say the same, we got those players on a free, they did a great job for us, won a title then moved on for free (exception of Koroma who got us a few quid) Nothing wrong with that, same as Smyth and Vigs as well from the League 2 title squad. There’s everything wr...
