Re: Wellens charged by the FA

I think RW needs to pull himself together and get a grip. He cannot run with the hare and hunt with the hounds. He cannot instil discipline when he is a maverick. Things could go our way for a play off chance and it will matter if we get to the vinegar strokes of a chance this season. Whilst it was ...

Re: War watch

Doing the actual fighting in a war is for poor people. Yes , in the Great Wars seemed that way , yet so many well to do higher ranking officers seemed to have been highly honoured with awards for heroics. Surely these cannot be dismissed? In more recent Wars similarly. I think if you substituted’po...

Re: War watch

you’ve said that “ethnic” young people are not willing to fight in this imaginary war of yours. Then within the same post you’ve claimed that “ most youngsters of ‘fighting age ‘ would run away rather than enlist” If it’s “most youngsters” why did you initially single out “ethnic” youngsters? Becau...

Re: War watch

Seeing as he’s half Greek isn’t the King himself an “ethic” man? Or is it only specific types of “ethnic men” you’re referring to here? I am not saying every ethnic would fail to fight but from what I have heard over the past few years and as evidenced in numerous protests , many are very unpatriot...

Re: War watch

We are a weak nation mentally. Z generation cannot work out what sex they want to be and could get upset if a Sgt Major did not get their pronouns right. Many young ethnic men have no allegiance to the King and Country. (I have heard young callers phoning up radio stations saying precisely this). W...

Re: War watch

For some time now Armed forces in the UK (and other places like the US) have been much more interested in meeting diversity quotas and targets than recruiting those who are willing and able to serve their country. No surprise to see shortfalls in many areas. So does that mean that the armed forces ...

Re: Interest Rates

Landlords are part of the problem. Plenty of people have taken 2nd and 3rd properties to rent out at rates that would be equivalent to mortgages, whilst running down the quality of the property because they are only interested in the return on their investment and the occupier has very little conce...

Re: Interest Rates

What about landlords, how is it for them? How comes they're never considered in these discussions? I personally have never rented rates are quite low compared with average past 30 years. Prices are high rarely go down but private landlords are supporting the country’s housing stock a great deal . T...

I am having difficulty sourcing my Dulaglutide injections for my coping with my type 2 Diabetes. This drug helps with the processing of glucose as well as being an appetite suppressor. That's the point. It is relative. And, when adjusted, currently homeowners have it just as bad as you did. And renters have it much worse than you did. What about landlords, how is it for them? How comes they're never considered in these discussions? I personally have never rented rates are quite l...

Re: Interest Rates

I am glad the rates are controlled by the banks and we are still at historically low rates. I was paying three above base in the 80s for commercial rates at 18%. Now those rates made your eyes water. You can't look at rates in isolation, you have to consider asset values. Times are tougher now for ...
