Re: Discounted Hospitality
Cold plates scandal at League 1 Football club. The Sun will be all over this story. Well if you put lukewarm food on a cold plate the food gets cold very quickly. I don’t know if you eat off a plate or use cutlery but the whole dining out experience can be ruined when important detail is overlooked...

Re: Discounted Hospitality
Having eaten up there many times in different groups , I can honestly say it is really poor value for money and I have ‘supported the club ‘ financially for many a mediocre meal. I have had much better food in local pubs. One of my biggest gripes is the food was often served up cold on cold plates....

There is something sad about grown men wearing football shirts. Best to leave them to the kids.

What’s the problem with having security?Loin Cloth Lenny wrote: ↑Wed Sep 13, 2023 1:49 pm The long walk down a winding staircase to the bog put me off the place, terrible wait at bar too. I dodge places that have security on the door as a rule. Nothing would get me in there again.

Not even ? He's only 20 years old. And? How can he be the best player in the world if his midfield team mates are better than him? I think what people are getting at is he's on course to be the best in the world . He's only 20 so has time on his side . He may be the best 20 year old in the world.

The Chinese would nuke us for flooding the market with cheap dog meat. Think again. I think you will find it is the Koreans who fancy canine quiches. Are they all the same to you? Is this you again Max? Either way, the Chinese eat more dogs than Korea and have the abhorrent Yulin dog meat festival ...

Good news. Here’s hoping the price structure is reasonable, as the Tech was miles more expensive than its neighbours.

Just round all the dogs up, put them through a mincer, and mix them into burgers. Enough of this nit-picking on sizes and mucking about. Ok, thanks might give it a miss Cheers fellas You can always give it a try, my advice on these type of sites is try buying something that is a reasonable price and is NON electrical. I have had some real bargains including a few years ago purchased some plastic inner door handle parts for my old 19...

If this is your idea of being funny then you are one very sick man. Next you’ll say that all the victims of the 9/11 disaster had a lovely morning before the terrorist attack. What about those footballers who gave their lives in WWl what analogy can you make with that to carry on your disgusting th...

Re: House selling prices
It means nothing. Those are just figures to try and generate interest and, eventually, competitive bids. That's the best way for the vendor to achieve best price. Right now prices are sliding. And all recently published figures (ONS, Nationwide, Halifax etc) are suggesting something in the region o...

Re: House selling prices
What does “Guide price between £375K and £425K” really mean? Does it mean that £400K is the hoped for target after negotiation? In a buyers market would you expect offers to come in at or below the lower figure? No. It means £425 and above. The lower price is just to hook interest for those seeking...
