Re: Travis interview

There’s a bigger question around all of this as to what the fan base is willing to put up with in order to see us gain more success. Leaving our current ground with lots of history/memories Match day ticket prices in the £40-50 range, if not more. With season tickets approach the £1000 mark. A beer...

Re: Travis interview

There's a consistent theme across American investment in British sport where they think we massively underpay for the 'product' compared to what they can charge in the states and could be fleeced for much more. There's a reason so many dollars are pouring into English football at the moment, the ex...

Re: BBC Doctor Who branded 'woke' and 'unwatchable' as TV ratings plummet following return to screens.

I couldn’t get into the Capaldi iteration, despite liking Peter Capaldi. David Tennant gets all the plaudits of modern Doctor Who, but for me, Matt Smith was superb, that was a proper star making performance from him. He’s also fantastic in House of the Dragon Dr Who started out in the 60s as a sci...

Would take Liam Kelly back tbh. Probably on a fair whack and getting on a bit but be good to have someone like him in Midfield.

Lovely stuff.
Red flag talking about not being able to get a ticket for less than $200 (which is bollocks btw). Can see some steep increases going forward

Re: Grass not always greener

Wonder if Vigs fancies a league one loan next season? Unless their current keepers leave, he ain't getting a game. Trafford needs to be playing regularly at his age. I could see him moving on and Vigs becoming their no 2. They are a championship club now. Would assume they’ll sell Trafford or play ...

Interesting that he talks to Richie after every game and that they are all going in a retreat next week to talk business.

Re: One more year, one more year, Darren Pratley

Good news. Less so for his ability (which is still very good btw) but it’s a young squad and he is clearly a true professional who will be a good role model to the kids, as well as playing a role in calming down the team in key moments on the pitch. Think we will add a few experienced pros for those...

Re: Israel

There’s a difference between unavoidable civilian casualties and the sort of sorched earth we are seeing. There’s also moral and ethical questions about whether action in highly populated areas should be taking place.

It’s very black and white to say…yeah it’s an urban war what do you expect?

In an indirect way, Iran is. And, as has been pointed out above, it's not indiscriminate. It's an intense urban armed conflict within high-density populated areas. Civilian causalities are unavoidable in such a scenario. You know what I mean. Iraq, saudi. Bless you believe that second part All the ...

Not the most interesting ever but some decent snippets about budget (going up about 10%) and a direct question about Coley Parry (we haven’t got anything to worry about…apparently…) only half an hour
