Under Hearn we was a top league 1 side for 11 years on the trot and almost got into the championship if we didn’t lose on pens.

Excellent post, could not agree more been saying this for weeks now. Hopefully Kenny will change the system to 442 or have some more going forward. Good managers change tactics or formations to get the best results, bad managers that usually get sacked in the end get stubbord and won't change tactic...

When Ross is sacked he will go back to coaching (which he is excellent at) because no one thinks his done a good job and will want to have him as there manage.
I would get jobi in as manager until the rest of the season and see what results are like.
