There is, and it's one I tend to agree with. Although I do accept it was right for the government to intervene to prevent a systematic collapse.

Why should they be expected to use their own homes, and not help out in a shelter like you, instead of trying to win power so that they can do something that will make a real difference?

Electric vehicles help with city air pollution. But they create other problems elsewhere. There is no feasible environmentally sound solution unless we reduce consumption (car sharing may help here) or reduce the population.

Or we could just restrict access to healthcare for anyone who cannot afford it (as well as decent housing). The resultant die-off will reduce the surplus population. Should save a few bob.
