Re: US-based consortium close to £18m takeover

In December 2022, Florida-based property tycoon Brad Galinson (worth around £65-82 million) acquired a majority shareholding in Gillingham. Neil Harris was sacked 05/10/2023 with the club in 8th place. Stephen Clemence was appointed 01/11/2023 but left 30/06/2024 after ending the season in 12th plac...

An old Flymo. Those ones with wheels don't work on lawns on a hillside and I have two. Mowers that catch the grass in a bucket also don't work on hills.

There always was a part of the website rather like a physios corner which gave us an estimated time of fix. Backward step not to have one now. Is the thinking that it may give opposition managers too much information therefore an advantage? Club has probably got better things to do than make sure a...

Re: BP - profits before climate

Climate has always changed ffs. Listening to propaganda will be the downfall of civilisation. There is no evidence for anthropogenic climate change apart from corrupt scientist and governments. Stop listening to the BBC and do some proper research ffs. Who would you trust for information? If not th...

Nothing from the NHS appears to be recyclable judging by what's in my bin. No pills in bottles anymore, just incased in plastic.

Re: Walthamstow updates

Was the drum before I think? I always forget it exists. But there’s something inherently grotty about the bakers arms area. Princess of wales’ issue isn’t so much kids or men doing their responsibilities, is more that it’s felt a bit like the ferryboat - nice enough in there, but little to no atmos...

Re: Yesterdays team performance- where does it rank for you?

Home to Shrewsbury (28 April 1968,). We needed to win to avoid relegation. In the sixth minute Slater crossed for Bullock to blast in a shot from the edge of the penalty area and nearly take out the net. Rofe's cross 12 minutes later found Dyson, heading over Shrewsbury's offside trap and drilling t...
