Re: Season Ticket Renewal 2025/26 - Season Ticket Holders Only
The game against Peterborough was postponed by us because we had 3 players on International duty. Peterborough had 2 players on International duty. So the game should not have been called of because of a difference of just 1 player!!! The rules should be that there has to difference of 3 players bet...

Re: Exiles thread - Northampton (A)
Kelman back to struggling to score goals. If he plays every game he will maybe get 10 goals and that is not nearly enough.

Piggot for all his faults is far more effective Forward than Perkins.

Re: Richie Wellens interview post Lincoln
Why not just try two down the middle upfront from the start of a game.
Everyone who has played down the middle on their own has struggled since the start of last season.
The Manager and since Embleton have been obsessed with having wide forwards

Every forward struggles as the lone striker going back to last season.
RW just will not play two down the middle!

A shame for Obiero that he us now well down the packing order after he started in the first few games.
Unfortunately it is difficult for a young player to make their mark when the Manager brings in experienced players.
Maybe he needs to go on loan?

Re: Sunny P or Sunny D ?
Maybe try playing 2 down the middle forwards instead then we might see an improvement in Perkins.
Nearly every Forward has struggled in recent seasons playing on their own and hardly getting involved in the game.

We have called off the Peterborough at home game because we will have one less player to choose from than Peterborough do.
And as stands no home game for 5 weeks.

Why should EFL do anything about compensation, as we have requested the game be postponed.Winchestorfan wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2024 10:56 pm So a Saturday game gets moved to mid week. This must cost the home side a severe financial loss as the attendance will be much lower. Does the EFL compensate the home side?

Clearly he is a good player as he was ever present last season, that is some feat in the modern game when nearly every player misses games through injury
So it is no surprise that he has signed for another 2 years
