All we need to do now is sign a striker who marries a person while already legally married to someone else.
Then we can sing “a racist at the back, a bigamist in attack, Orient climbing up the football league”

Re: No more FA Cup replays
This is also being driven by the EFL new tv deal with sky. With a match weekend now running Friday to Monday it could potentially mean a short notice cancellation of a televised game.

While he was not responsible for today’s debacle there are plenty of issues with him. 1. Kicking. Panics when the ball is played back to him with any pace. Doesn’t show which side he wants the ball played to. When he does actually kick it the ball flight is so flat there is no chance of an Orient pl...

Ok then Joe315 tell me how I travel return to Leyton Tube station from Zone 6, with an adult and child (child does have a zip 11-15 card that he can use), for less than the current £12.90?

Yes I will hit the PAYG cap as I sometimes have to get a bus as the trains are so crap from Purley, but I will no longer be able to use the Friends and Family pass which I get discount for the whole ticket.

Re: One Day Travelcards
I was born in Walthamstow, and have lived all round London. Orient is the only club I support and have been going since 1980. I currently live in Kenley, but can use Upper Warlingham as well. The point of public transport is to move people arround effciently and at a reasonable cost. Bear in mind al...

You really are a juvenille lot aren't you. I live in Zone 6 and to get to Leyton and have to go via zone 1, unless I want a 45 minute detour.

You can just use your contactless card now, a paper Travelcard is redundant. Except it isn't if you live in zone 6, and travel by train. I travel with my son and use a Friends and Family Railcard. The cost for my trip to Brizzie will go from £12.90 to £16.60 Thanks a lot Khan! I have travelled from...

How to get 3 points against Orient
Play direct football with a bit a physicality. Hope the ref don’t mind. 3 of the easiest points you’ll get all season. That has to be one of the most pathetic performances I’ve seen through numbers 1-11 and you can include the management as well. Did anyone else think that an Evans team would play a...

Nigel moans about the fans speding their money on food and drink outside the stadium, but besides the South Stand Bar, where are the fans supposed to go? The West stand with its outlets and the North and South of the stand are cramped, and standing roon only. Not exactly condusive to picking up food...

RW won't touch this with a bargepole. Reading haven't got a pot to piss in, and he's had his fingers burnt once already when he went to Doncaster.

What peed me off was the blatant time wasting especially in the 2nd half. After the second 45 mins ball had been in play for 23 minutes. The 5 mins added time took this up to 25 min 35 seconds. This is ruining the game. If we went to 30 mins each way ball in play it would cut out the time wasting ta...

Re: STOP THE GAME!
The main issue as I saw it is that it was the Orient medical staff in attendance. What would happen if then an Orient player went down seriously injured? They can’t be in two places at once. The PFA should be all over this as it could seriously affect player welfare.

There are a lot of similarities with 1978/79, 1997 and 2010 when a governing party has completly lost the plot and is marking time until the next general election when they get booted out. The only problem is in this case there is no obvious change chomping at the bit with alternative ideas. I suspe...

The transfer window does not open until Friday, so it cannot be announced before then as he still has a year left on his Lincoln contract.
I suspect Theo is on holiday this week so all the inverviews and pictures were done before he went.

Re: Who would want to manage
Having reflected on yesterday’s game and the drip feed of rumours coming out of the club I am concerned. It would appear that none of our top manager targets want to touch us with a barge Pole. We left it too late to sack Jackett and had no one else lined up. We will end up with Harrold until the en...

You should live in Croydon - split recycling into 4 boxes which instead of being processed, it get's sent to the local incinerator as they are short of stuff to burn.

You only have to look at the recent weather to see we have changed the climate. Places flood that never have done due to intense rainfall. This is not just due to climate change, but the wally's we have in local planning that have made the urban climate worse. Charging people to park outside their h...

No hope I'm afraid. Covid was the chance to hit the reset button and try and move the economy into a more sustainable one. Too much self interest in keeping the status quo with one rule for the fat cats, and another for every one else. We wont change until large parts of the populated areas become u...

Re: O's going cashless
This has been in the offing for some time and has accelerated due to Covid.
By the way it is now very expensive for companies to get cash handled (picked up by G4S etc, taken to a cash depot and then processed) and paid into a bank account - especially coins
This is in effect a cost cutting move

Re: Coronavirus Vaccine.
The main issue we have in this country is the continuing number of cases. Over 16,000 today.
We must keep a lid on this as it will drive the potential for further mutations, making the vaccines ever less effective.
